Went back down plus a little tiny bit more. Yippee. I have had a slow metabolism for years so am grateful for each and every tiny loss.

Another good day. I am having such an easy time following this plan. I love it and I feel really good. Steady decreases in my weight so far.

I went a little overboard on carbs yesterday and it showed on the scale. Got back on track today and feeling really good. Hopefully it will show up on the scale in the morning.

I started the Belly Fat Cure three days ago and have already lost 4 pounds. I am really excited about this plan because it seems to be the missing link for me.
