well first day was horrible for me. I had a friend that gave birth the same day I started phase 1 and I forgot my lunch and dinner at home so I have to start over...:-( but on the other hand I did eat a 1/2 a salad with grilled chicken and water for lunch and dinner and 2 stinky doughnuts so I must start over...
