two years ago I hit my heaviest weight at 367, I was diabetic, with an A1C of 11, which is very bad. I had issues with circulation in my legs. I had hypertension and other various health issues. My health at that time was spiraling downward quick. I went on various diets where I would lose 10 to 30 pounds and eventually put it back on plus an additional 10 pounds or so. I was so fed up so finally I sought out help. I began to see a doctor who put me on some diet plan that included phentermine. The amount of energy I got was phenomenal however after the three months and the loss of 30 pounds I had to take a break from the drug per doctors orders. I eventually gained all the weight back plus an additional 15 pounds. I was so depressed and while I was thinking about the weight loss. I realized, yes it is easy for someone to see what my mistakes were but as a person it took me some time to think about what I was doing the poor choices in food I was making and not wanting to put any effort into anything. I basically wanted to sit on my butt and lose weight. I learned that, that isn't possible. So I went to a different nutritionist who gave me a life lesson on foods and how to nurture my body. So here i am today 125 pounds lighter and a lot more healthy. I look forward to utilizing this application to be accountable for myself, and hope to inspire someone else who is struggling with their weight. You can lose the weight you can be active you can get off the medication, I did. If I can do it so can you and anyone else.
