Hi, I have Polycystic Ovarian Disease, which is a common problem for women that (among other things) affects blood sugar and makes it hard to lose weight. I have been much more active this year than any other, and just today started a Bikram (hot) yoga challenge for 30 days. My husband wanted us to join this community together with hopes we can work together to lose weight.
