I knew this was probably going to happen...since I was MIA I hadn't been weighing myself regularly. I'm fine with this though.. I'm thinking some of it is water, but we will see in the next few days how fast it comes back off :)

I'm back. for real this time. lol I hate that Ive been off plan for so long. Its been 2 months now. I seriously wasted two months? I keep telling myself I need to stop being so lazy and get back into everything. but.. it just hasn't happened. I don't know what I'm waiting for? Its not going to happen on its own. Then I started with the "I'll just ease back into it so I'll stick with it again".. but when I started last august.. I didn't ease into anything. I started and stuck with it for 7 months and lost 60lbs ( gained some back now ) but, I don't need to ease myself into anything. I'm back on track starting now. not in the morning, not Monday... today.
I got comfortable with myself I think.. I was feeling so much better and clothes were looking better on me so I let myself slide on working out here and there.. then I ate a few things I wasn't supposed to and ended up completely off plan. No working out, and eating almost like I used to.
But, thankfully I'm not comfortable with this anymore.. I want to finish what I started and I want to succeed. I know I can I just have to suck it up and do it.
If I weighed what I do now, in August when I first started.. I would still want to lose the weight just as much. There's just less to lose now.
So I'm back. ( sorry for the super long journal ) :P

I knowwwwwww! Ive been gone forever. lol
I went on vacation at the beginning of March, and Ive been ALL out of whack since then. I think most of the 4ish pounds Ive gained is water, because my wedding ring has felt much tighter lately. I kept saying.. " I need to workout.. I need to start eating healthier again.. I gotta get back on track" but, I wasn't doing it. So I wasted a month when I could of been losing weight. BUT! I'm back at it, woke up early and worked out today and it felt soo good to be back on my old schedule.
Hope everyone is doing well, and sorry Ive been MIA for so long.
