Serious this time around - Need to stick to this
Hi I'm Joanita, Started dieting Monday, been looking into various diets but haven't found something sustainable so far, so I just try to cut out 'White stuff', carbs and sugar. Lost 3kg for the week. But I am currently on Tony Ferguson and I am concerned that the carbs are too high, so I opted to change it up a bit the past few days and skip the shakes. I however read that protein is the best for maximum weight loss. I'm looking to get a protein diet. I'm saying hi here today and would like as much advise as possible cause this time I can not fail.

Starting a Diet need to lose half of me - High protein or other?
I need advise, I understand that protein is the best thing to assist with weight loss. I have high blood sugar so I assume that carbs is bad for me? Now, which foods is highest in protein and how do I structure a my eating habits to maximise weight loss?
