Hi everyone my name is Jennifer..or Jenn for short. I am a 28 year old mom of 4 girls. I gained the bulk of my weight while pregnant with the girls. We have decided we are done having kids and have gotten fixed. So now I can concentrate on getting back to my pre-pregnancy weight! I have never been one to really watch what I ate. If I wanted it I ate it, guess that is my fatal mistake. I have joined curves and I work out 3 times a week. I am currently not doing weight watchers, but I am watching calories fat intake that kind of thing. I would like to find a WW book so I can also count points. I have a small suppport system and we do a good job at supporting each other. If I can support any of you I will. Add me as a buddy! For now Have a happy weekend!

Nutrition Calculator
Yeah that is kind of what I meant. I need to be able to enter ALL the ingredients, and then have it all calculated, so I know how many calories and so forth are in a recipe per serving. I will check out the places you suggested and see. Thank you very much

Nutrition Calculator
I was wondering if anyone knew where I could find a nutrition calculator. I have a recipe for a bread I would like the nutrition information on. I am not sure how to do it all in my head. Any help would be appreciated! ThanksVery Happy

I sometimes put on an old shirt and think OH MY GOSH, I am getting so skinny. The same shirt that used show every roll on my belly, now has room to flow as it sees fit.
So I of course go to the full length mirror, and have a look at my self. I could loook for hours and still see the same fat girl I used to be. No changes, except for age, and I think well the elastic in this shirt must have gave out on me.
I of course am wrong, I have lost several inches and a few pounds. My husband tells me all the time that he can see all my hard work paying off. My friends at Curves yell and scream and hoot and holler everytime I lose an inch, but why can't I see it? Because I have been fat for the last 6 years.
So your not alone Jenny. I think that maybe we all have that same perception of ourselves at first. We will all get to the point where we are skinny and we KNOW it!

Ann marie,

I am no doctor darlin, but I would tend to think that maintaining your current weight through eating would be allright until you can start to excersize again. It is so fantastic that you have the want too, to lose the weight. You need to get well first and then concentrate on losing what's left to lose. Maintaining the same weight right now, will help you later down the road.

One other thing.....Eating "only" dinner is not healthy you need to eat several small meals a day. YOU know this I am sure, but I thought maybe you needed to hear it again.
