I am 47 years my weight has always been an issue at age 14-17 I weighed about 150-160 I went up to 209 with my first child but then it was like something happened and within 6 months I weighed 123 lb. I had my second child 4 years later and same within the next few years my weight would go up and down,around age 38 I quit smoking and gained 45 lbs.In 2004 I did atkins and lost it all just to gain it back cause of bad habits started smoking again and so on.At age 41 that menopause thing happen and all HELL BROKE LOSE I hate it I got up to 230Lbs I have been very depressed about it the last 3 years and new I needed to do something but just kept eating I do love to eat I'm a Georgia girl so you know what that means just watch Paula Dean. I think Iam finally there I look at my beautiful grand son and think I want to do things with him That I know with all this weight I can't do I want to see him grow up and have kids I want to be here for that. So I need to do some thing now.So the journey begins.
