Gained and that was expected after some of my choices this week but it was only .4 pounds. I'll take that! This week WILL be better!!

Today is weigh-in day and I am afraid I will see no loss on the scale but I can somewhat understand why. Some of my food choices were not the greatest and even though I managed to stay below my RDI for most of the week, I think the activity estimations were on the high side. Oh well! Live and Learn!
We're having a potluck at our WW meeting today since it will be our leader's last day with us. I made mini meatloaf muffins that are 2 PP+ for 2 and they turned out pretty good. Could use some more seasoning but I'll play around with it to get it perfect. It was so simple and didn't take long to make either so I know I will be making them again especially for such low points! I wonder what else will be there....I love food! =)

I have to say that I am glad yesterday is over! It was the laziest day I have had in quite some time and I don't miss those days of lying around and doing very little. At the end of the day, I thought about all those things I could have been doing around the house or at the park and then I thought about the excuses as to why I didn't do those things. I'd like to blame my husband who has no hobbies except doing nothing and drinking but I am in control of my life and accept that I made the decision to be lazy. Is it okay to say that I think we all need a day like that every now and then so we appreciate the days that we make better, healthier decisions for ourselves??
Today is a new day and back to eating right throughout the day and back to the gym! If I want to lose at least 10 pounds before my New Orleans trip in less than 6 weeks, I have to get to it!
