Weight loss continues as I try out Herbalife Meal Relacement three day course. I am on Vanilla flavour which is a bit too sweet but otherwise quite palatable. I wish my buddies and all other Fatsecret users every success with your goals. I hope the bank holiday is not leading you into temptation.

Another pound gone. Weight loss is slow but still in the right direction. 180 lb will do for me. (When I get there). Hope you are all doing well fellow FS users.

I have just eaten a large quantity of mixed nuts. I've no clue on how much in grams or ounces but I now I've probably exceeded my RDI by a country mile. It is my greatest weakness. The nuts were put out in a bowel for a visit by the family this afternoon. Oh! Dear, back on the straight and narrow tomorrow.
