Question About SALT
Hi, I am not specifically watching or limiting salt, but some of you are. Because I am limiting calric input, I literally eat less volume of foods and this made me wonder something. Since I am taking in less volume, even if I followed older habits of salt usage, it would make sense that I would have cut my salt intake by 50% if I cut my food volume by 50%.
This sounds logical to me, but I wonder if anyone tracking their salt has found this to be tru or not.
ForWhatItIsWorth: In my case, I usually don't 'salt' my food, but a few foods always get salted, like eggs. I also add soy sauce to asian foods, but these are about 5% of my diet or less.

Additional Columns for record keeping
I would like to see 'columns' for daily insulin as well as 4 glucose readings that can be tracked (many dieters are diabetic).
I guess, ideally, it would be great to have the ability to add custom columns and track these. Also, an easier way to export to a spreadsheet would be highly appreciated.

Mashed Cauliflower
Yes, have tried it and it works. Vary it with 'twice-baked' style and mixing in spicy stuff like a dab of bleu cheese, etc. But it can be quite nice.
