Well, I am not doing as good as I should be, however, I am doing better than I have recently. yesterday I ate fried chicken which was a no no. The day before, i had fried pork chops. I have been drinking all of my water though. I have not had any chocolate such as snickers or kits kats. I will continue on with this journey and I begin Bootcamp on nect Monday, May 30 which is Memorial Day.

Dear Journal,
Last night was tough. My students suggest I rent a really good movie with Jamiee Foxx Law abiding Citizen so I did. As I walked toward the counter to pay for the movie, I passed by popcorn, snacks and my favorite which is Doritos. I did it tough...I resisted temptation and did not buy any junk. I came home and ate a Dole Fruit cup and watched the movie. I was so very proud of myself.....
