Reboot
I need a reboot, after 6 weeks off of my eating plan I gained 18 lbs., gosh that's so hard to say. Need some encouragement from you all. I can do this, right??

I just had to share something and that is I just got back from a 2 week vacation and I did not gain weight, I actually lost. This is a first in a lifetime. I just made the best decisions I could and let myself have treats now and then, hubby and I sharing dessert. I drank lots of water and did more walking than normal. I think I might actually have a hold of this overeating thing, it's still a daily struggle though.

Recording a Daily Challenge
How do I check in and report on a daily challenge without weighing in?? I did that for three days without changing my weight, just leaving it the same as it had been a week before and now when I really did weigh in it shows I lost 5 lbs in one day. Help would be appreciated.
