I got up a little late this morning but still managed to walk/jog 3 miles before work. I'm up to 8600 + steps on my loop this afternoon. It's way better than doing nothing, which is what I have been doing.

It's a shame that I have to get pissed to take action and gain control over my life. But I'm at that point again.
Work is insane, and perhaps it will always be that way. I have to gain control of my eating and exercise habits, because my BOSS don't give a damn about herself, let alone me!
I need a big attitude adjustment and a diet.
