I'm a Spanish Literature major who accidentally fell in love with strength training in 2010. I went from barely able to move the bar to totaling 905 at 165lbs in a recent SPF meet. My current fitness goal is to drop from 18-20% body fat to 12% while maintaining or increasing my strength.
