Fell off the wagon this Saturday. My husband took me to a buffet. I still didn't eat as much or as much carb as I normally would and I did have water but still feel terrible about it. I didn't gain any weight over the weekend but also didn't lose any either. Will be trying harder and will not go out anywhere on weekends so I can stay safe.

I feel like this diet is getting easier each day. I've just accepted that I need to put all those fattening foods out of my mind and live healthy. I physically feel great today which is something new to me. My friend Sing Sweet is helping me on my way to a healthier and slimmer me and I'm grateful! :)

I'm staying really hungry even after I eat. I think it is because I have told myself that I am on a diet and I am focusing on not getting enough food which is making me hungrier. I am scared for dinner time. I hope I don't pig out like crazy cause I'll be real hungry when I get home.
