It's been a month or more of rest from the push for weight loss. Been more focused on trimming inches while strengthening muscles. August is for weight loss. The plan is to aim at 1,000 caloric deficit EVERY day. Wish me luck..... :)

Fantastic day. 30+ minutes on the stationary bike. Great workout with the weights, and low calorie/low fat/high protien day. Time for bed.

Agravated the achilles at physical therapy. I just pushed it too hard. Looks like I'll just stay with the plan, and focus on firming up muscle, and not worry about cardio as much for a time. Oh well, at least I'm still trimming up.
Got into an older suit COMFORTABLY for the first time in a few years. Still have two more smaller ones that I won't even try on for a couple more months.

Certainly a plateau. Of course I've been lifting weights this past week, so it's not just about weight right now. Looking to see the widest part of my mid section to drop a full inch in the next 30 days.
Starting physical therapy this next week, so I hope to return to the eliptical for some cardio soon.
