I have been working out consistently for over 3 years now. I haven't always eaten the best, but my body has been changing slowly but surely for a couple years now. I'm not sure, but if I had to guess all of my spin classes have made my legs much stronger and larger (muscle weighs more than fat). The physic has definitely improved over that period of time, but I'm tired of the 10 year plan.
I've been focused and committed to the best intake/diet. Down 8 pounds in about 2 months now. I'm super excited that my mental focus has zeroed in on a lean fit body. Look out 203, it's happened you just can't see it yet.

Spinning class this morning was AWESOME! My legs should hurt tomorrow. With just about a 3500 caloric deficit this M-F I suppose I should be happy if I weigh in 1 lb. lighter tomorrow. I slacked a bit. We'll see. Bound and determined. ;)

It's been over a year since I've said Hi. I'm still eating healthier everyday. I made a renewed commitment to cut out flour and sugar producing foods much more (again). Fairly sure that was the reason for the plateau in weight. Been hitting the spinning class 3 days a week regularly. Now that's an intense workout! Pounds are shedding again. Takin' a break from racquetball to rest the (not surgically reconnected) Achilles tendon. Don't need to have the other one snap just because it's a fun game, and a great workout. I can only imagine the extra exercise impacting my results on the scale when I add two days a week of racquetball. Until next time, onward we go...

THinkin' it's time to crack down, and start hittin' the gym 5-6 days a week. Same weight for the past few months. Clothes fit much better though. I guess I'm just ready to start seeing some drop on the scale.

It seems my body is trimming ever so slightly. I don't exercise nearly enough, although when I do it's usually an hour plus of cardio.
I squeezed into my smallest suit this morning :). Oatmeal, and juiced fruit for breakfast. Only healthy intake (mostly).
