Day 2 of Phase I. I did very well today. I ate well and did 35 minutes on the elliptical. I also got my summer clothes out and organized all of my clothes in my closet. Lifting the boxes made for some extra exercise. :) Not to mention carrying my little ones around. :) I have lots going on this weekend so I'm hoping that will make the weekend go by fast.

I'm a little worried about my milk supply for my baby. It seems to be going down a little. I'm either not eating enough or I'm not drinking enough. I read that if you don't eat enough that your body will go into "starvation mode" and will start taking the nutrients that it takes to make your milk and make your supply go down. So, I need to make sure that I eat when I'm hungry. Sometimes that's hard to do when I'm trying to take care of 3 kids (2 being younger than 18 months old).

I started on Phase I again today! I did GREAT! It's been hard... especially with some of this Easter candy still around but I didn't cave. :) I did my 35 mins on the elliptical. I wanted to do a Turbo Jam DVD but didn't get a chance. I took all 3 kids with me to run some errands and when I got home, I was exhausted. I took a nap with my 2 month old and 16 month old for 2 hours. :) I needed it!

My husband has to work for the next 11 days, which should make it easier on me to stay on this diet. When my husband is off, he makes it so easy to cheat b/c he constantly wants me to eat what he's eating and always tells me I look great. For having 3 kids, yeah... I guess I don't look bad but I really want to get into those pre-pregnancy clothes! So... that's my goal! I'm in a 12 right now but I'm working my way down to an 8. :)

Yesterday was a good day. I did well with my eating. The only thing I really cheated with was a boca chik pattie, IF that's even cheating. I did my 35 minutes on the elliptical which was hard to get started doing but was happy after I got done.

I went for my 6 week check-up after having my son, Luke, today. They had to weight me. I wasn't very happy with the number but the doctor encouraged me to keep doing what I'm doing and that the weight will come off quickly. She said that I looked skinny and for my height I probably do but I want to be 20 lbs lighter. She said that I can diet while I'm nursing as long as I'm drinking plenty of water.

I had bought some chocolate cheerios for my 6 year old today to try. I ended up having a bowl of them b/c I wanted to taste them. So, I've had a bowl of chocolate cheerios with some milk today so far. I'll put in the rest of my meals at the end of the day.
