My name is Gretchen and I am 5'9". I've always been about average with my weight compared to my height. I can hold weight pretty well. Noone knew with my last 2 pregnancies that I had gained 50 lbs.

I'm a stay at home Mom who homeschools my oldest child. I have 3 children. Zachariah is 6 years old, Leah is 1 year old and my last one, Luke, I just had on Feb. 4th, 2010.

So, now my goal is to try to lose this baby weight!

Well... the best pointer I can give you is to really prepare your mind more than anything. Get used to eating the same thing, almost, everyday but realize that if you stick to it, you will be able to get more variety as the phases go on.

Good luck to you!

I HATE exercise
Do some kind of low impact video. They usually don't have as many moves in it and are a little easier. You should still lose weight with it, especially if you weren't working out before. Another good kind of exercise is walking. Go outside and walk for 30 minutes.

Continuing Phase I for more than 9 days
I think I read on the Internet or maybe it was addressed on the "Celebrity Fit club" show that you are not suppose to do Phase I for more than the 9 days. Vclanton is right... you could possibly be keeping things from your body that you need and only Phases I doesn't include those critical things. I would do what vclanton said, go through the phases like you should and then go back to Phase I later on. Besides, you don't want your body getting used to Phase I. You could still hit a plateau even staying on Phase I b/c your body will get used to it. Why not go through Phase III and then shock your body by going back to Phase I. Then, you'll probably see even more results. Smile

Can you do Fat Smash if you're Pregnant?
I'm not pregnant... yet anyway. My husband and I are talking about having another baby. If I decided to stay on Fat Smash, don't you think it would be okay if I were to become pregnant since it's basically trying to eat healthier? I'm pretty sure it is but just wanted to get everyone elses thoughts on it. Smile
