this is a big one this morning. Hopefully this week I break below 240 and that will make it all worth while!
Work out arent the easiest, getting up in the morning is hard but getting easier.
Lets keep on truckin!

slowed down a little weight wise but I can definatly see a difference and feel it also. Hard to keep up with the work out with regular life but I try to at least get soem cardio in when i cant get to the gym

I'm not surprised I dropped allot the first week or so, most of the weight I lost is probably water and the food that I constantly intaked.
Here's to sticking to it and making sure it keeps going
