Good morning all you beautiful people...
Today is my official weigh-in. And I'm happy with the drop. I'm sure it would've been more, but Monday & Tuesday were high carb days.
Last night's dinner was the same as Wednesday. And exercise as well. 2km at lunch time & 4 km after work.
Hubby is finally on the same wavelength concerning our eating habits.

Good morning FS Fam...
Recap of my day yesterday for the challenge that we are partaking in with @Richard Steenkamp & @Coco1978M.
As most of you know, I do OMAD. So last night I had T-Bone steak & some roasted veggies. My total calories for the day ended up at 1002 kcal. This is also day 3 without alcohol (wine).
I walked my 2 km's lunch time & also did 4 km's after work. My total steps for the day ended at 20400. My weight is also down with 100 gr from yesterday, which brings me to 83.3 kg.
Tomorrow I will be doing an official weigh-in.

My weight is up with 400 gr this morning, having me at 83.8 kg. I blame the bread I had, because I was not satisfied after my dinner... It is very much a mental game for me... I went only 60 kcals over my budget for the day.
Haven't had alcohol since Sunday, which is a miracle, because I basically drink everyday.
I walked 2 km during my lunch break with 2 of my colleagues, which we do every day. I did not go for my 4 km walk after work, because I was just too tired. I managed 17000 steps yesterday though (I work for a production company, so I walk a lot).
It's currently pouring cats and dogs outside, so I don't think my day will be very active today.

Slow & steady wins the race...
I have to keep on reminding myself that I did not pick up all this weight overnight, which means I won't lose it overnight...
