I tried the green shakes this week for breakfast. It did give me energy and I sleep great at night, not sure if it was the shakes or working out that helped with that but figured I'd mention it. One thing I dont like is that my stomach was puffed up. The shake in the mourning would keep me full most of the day but my stomach was huge. I read some stuff about humans arent suppose to be vegitarians unless we want to look like apes with little brains and big stomaches. Maybe they have a point there. No more shakes for me. I had fat free yogurt this mourning instead.

Okay I decided to go ahead and record my weight. There's my drop but I've actually been this same weight for a month or so. I have changed my diet as of yesterday and I am getting a lot of good diet and exercise information from bodyrocktv.com I am excited and ready to loose some weight and get SEXY again!!

Aww man I'm still fat. Probally fatter then before. What happend to my will power? I'm still going to the gym at least 2 times a week but I have to get my diet back on track. I need some inspiration.

Started using a bouncy ball for my chair at the office yesterday. I'm loving it. I like letting it roll up to my back and lay back on it and streatch every now and then and the bouncing is freaking fun. Im definately smiling and laughing more. Just no bouncing while I have my coffee. LOL It's supposed to help improve your spinal health, and decrease back pains and burns like 350 a day!!!
