I have found that the FreeStyle WW Program is freeing yet also makes me accountable.
And, I have found myself cooking and baking to make my meals more interesting and tasty.
Here's a favorite....chicken, peppers, onions, and pineapple!!!

Slow going, but I refuse to get discouraged!!! I will gratefully take … no get rid of permanently, a half of a pound!!!!!!!!!!
How do I change the diet I am following people??? This ole senior needs some help! :o)

I've been on the new weight watcher's program. This is the first time I've been in ONEderland in about 8 years. I've tried keto many times, but it is not a lifestyle I can maintain. WW gives me the freedom of choice along with accountability. For me, this works.

Hey community!!!! I haven't journaled much, but I continue to read your entries and you give me hope that at some point I will get this 50 lbs off, which would bring me back to my lowest adult weight and make me a happy camper.
Today Albert Arul Parkash's omelet looked so delicious, I decided to copy it and start my day off in a healthy way. Yep, I passed up the bagels and muffins and grabbed a frying pan!!! Yay!!!! I added some chives to the 1 egg and 1 egg white, a dash of salt and pepper, and used 1 oz of muenster cheese. Ate it with 1/2 of a tomato. Thanks AAP, it was a delicious way to start my day!!!
