Hi! I'm a university student working on battling the infamous "Freshman 15". My goal is to stay fit and get flexible, but I also love cooking, which makes for a tough battle. I love planning meals and workouts, but also growing plants, being outside, making art, the smell of rain, and the feeling of warm sunshine (ironically enough, I live in Holland...). I'm hoping to track my progress and be more conscientious of what I do and eat across the day, in hopes of starting a healthier lifestyle -- after all, I am the only one in charge of (and at fault for) how I live!
