I slipped up a few times, but mostly it was because the people surrounding me all but forced me to eat terrible food (mostly by refusing to leave me behind at my insistence when they went out to eat). But I'm back on track now, and I'm feeling good about next week!

Wow. Never again. Syl90 and I had quinoa last night, and felt relatively okay last night, but today we're both like NOOOOOOOOOOO. My stomach felt so bad that I had to leave work because I was so nauseous. I went home, and ate saltines, drank a little ginger ale, and had a bunch of orange juice, and I'm feeling better now that it's going through my system. But never again. That sucked. We're going to do one workout today instead of doubles since we're both feeling like crap, and do the other one tomorrow. I hope you're having a great day!

Ask yourself this: when was the last time you sat back and thought, life is good? The year is full of new beginnings and little pleasures, like friends and family, fresh air, and clean water. Lately, I've been feeling ridiculously good, and I just thought I'd write about the good things I'm feeling instead of the bad!
Yesterday, we turned down the thermostat in my friend's apartment, and then we both literally CRUSHED the workout! 100% nailed it!! I pushed myself to do the non-modified moves, and did a lot of them! Sure, there were a couple of times where I had to catch my breath for a few seconds, but that was it, it was only a few seconds and then I was right back in it! It felt great to sweat and push myself without getting overheated and dizzy, and I'm so glad we figured out that the temperature in her apartment was the problem! I was starting to wonder if I was improving at all, so it felt great to see that I was getting somewhere!
Today is Cardio again, and I am so pumped! I indulged in a delicious dinner yesterday, and I'm feeling great and in control today! Take a minute to think about the positives in life, and you'll feel motivated to keep pushing forward!

Hello everyone! I'm having a pretty good day today, and I think it's only going to get better! I had my first ever BOD POD test today, and though I was shocked by how much body fat I have (42.7%!!!), I find that it is encouraging to know! I know that I have a long way to go, and I'm excited about where I'll be when I'm done with T25! Also, knowing that I'm starting from such a high place is surprisingly encouraging :) Like I have a lot of work to do, but I won't plateau around 170 lbs like I was originally thinking I would. According to my test, I have 119.3 lbs of lean body weight, which isn't including any body fat, and that weight it more than what most skinny girls weigh! At a very lean 20% body fat, I would weight 150 lbs. which is my goal weight! Here's to hoping that I can get there!
I've struggled to get through workouts the past couple of days, but I think I finally figured out what's wrong: it's too hot where I'm working out. I'm used to working out in 67-69 degree rooms, and it was pushing 72 degrees yesterday. You'd think it wouldn't make a difference, but your body can't cool down efficiently if it's not used to the temperature you're working out at, so you get overheated, dizzy, and nauseous. We're going to lower the temperature today, and hopefully that will help considerably!
I'm not feeling excessively hungry today, but I'm going to up my calories by a bit so that I keep my metabolism from plateauing!
Good luck getting healthy today guys! Have a great one!

I was really surprised by how difficult it was to get through the workout yesterday! I still pushed myself and did a lot of non-modified moves, but I was struggling! I'm not discouraged though, since I did try more non-modified moves, and I stuck it out as best I could. And I'm sure that the next time I do it, I'll be fine!
Today is Total Body Circuit, which is tough, but I can handle it I think! I'm most worried about running out of energy right before workout. I think it had something to do with going over to my workout buddy's house before workout and just lounging around a bit. I was almost falling asleep! Definitely not the pre-workout state you want to be in!
I went up a little bit in weight last night, but I think it's because I needed to use the restroom. Also, I got a glorious night's sleep. I went to bed about an hour early and slept like a rock. I'm feeling fairly recharged for today, so here's to a good day of eating right and working out!
