A happy woman that works hard and enjoys her family. I had a dysfunctional childhood and have struggled with my weight my whole life. Over 6 years I was able to lose 65 lbs. I have recently quit smoking and have gained 10 lbs. I don't want to gain all that weight back. I really need to focus on my goals.

This is a very good loss! It can be VERY discouraging when the scale stops moving for awhile. Sometimes you can get a big of jump start if you increase your calories, more lean protein for two days and then do 5 days of low cal. I.E. an apple, 2 melba toast, 2 cups salad or vegies, 3 oz protein, an apple, 2 melba toast, 2 cups vegies or salad, 3 oz protein or 1 egg. And some air popped popcorn for dessert.
