No change in weight. That's good considering how much dessert and Halloween candy were...um, quality tested over the past month.
Bragging: Tried on my tuxedo for an upcoming gala. First time wearing it since 2019, and...wait for it...
It fits! Might even be one size too big. Yes, I'm still squishy in the middle. But I'm a damn good lookin' squishy.

Pants dropped down. Yup. Thankfully it was an in-home wardrobe malfunction. Needed nice pants for a presentation. Grabbed one of my black slacks from the end of the closet rack. Buttoned and zipped while moving to the next room.
Pants dropped to the floor. Made me realize how much I've been tightening my belt over the past few months. That's when I hopped on the scale. I'm not one to weigh myself every hour, day, or week.

Took out the scale. I put my right foot on. I took my right foot off. And shook it all about. Several months of ups, downs, and all arounds. Two notches tighter on the belt is what it's all about.
