Wow another good weigh in, I'm very pleased. I guess the 900 calories limit during the week is paying off. Until I plateau again and need to change things up I'll stick with this.

I am trying to stick to around 900 calories a day during the week and I got to say it's pretty hard. I am not sure what the minimum caloric intake the state is required to provide to prisoners but I'm sure it's twice this. Anyway, I'm trying, hopefully it will result in something positive for my weigh in in two day. Unfortunately it's been raining here solid for the past four days so I have gotten zero walking in.

After no loss last week, 3 lbs this weeks feels good. I have been a lot stricter regarding my calories this last week, allowing myself only 900 during the weekdays maybe paid off. Anyway happy to be back on course. I'll try to keep to this routine for another week and see what it yields plus add walking back on.

Unfortunately I had zero loss this week. The good news is I had done well the first three weeks so I hit my monthly goal already of 10 lbs last week. Thinking of doing something different in combination like fasting two days a week on Monday and Thursday. I have done fasts before and they have been successful, I guess it's a good test of will power and at the same times confuses your metabolism and keeps it from hitting a equilibrium that's then hard to break free of during a diet.
