I'm 28 soon to be 29 and have joined to help me stay motivated! I am very good at starting diets and losing lots of weight quite quickly and then losing nothing for ages and giving up, so I'm hoping that by using this site I will be able to jump over my plateau this time when it comes and reach my goal weight.
I was always fairly slim until about 2 years ago when I gave up managing bars in Camden, my life became less crazy and I started eating proper food again (I think I spent 4 years living off redbull and crisps, I literally didn't eat a meal for 2 years!!) and doing a more sedate job, the weight has crept on slowly and now I feel a bit lardy!!!
So I decided now's the time to get motivated and lose the weight so fingers crossed I hit 120lb by Christmas!!!!
