FINALLY, seeing some results!! It took a long time, and still have a long road ahead! Just three weeks after walking away from the horrendous schedule I lost six pounds- guess that shows just what the stress did to me!

With a new family now, who treats me better and has much more reasonable work week. Beginning to feel myself again. Although thinking about getting back into school and finding time to work out is a new challenge. Also, we have had a downstairs neighbor again since the fall. Zumba is not very "lower-floor" friendly, so may actually have to bite the bullet and join a gym. Very much LOATHING that idea! The idea of taking eight bus trips in a day nauseates me. However, good friends of ours said we could borrow their Total Gym thingy-mabob. But we'd have to re-arrange our apartment to fit it in here somehow. They said I could probably work on that while watching tv- that's what they did.

Another thought: Hoping to get a car in the next few months. Playing with the idea that as long as I keep losing weight, perhaps I could become a Zumba Kids instructor!

So f**king depressed about me gaining almost all of my weight back!! All my hard work is gone! The majority of it was/wasn't my fault. My previous work schedule of 50+ hours was killing me, and wouldn't be surprised if my body aged 5 years in only sixteen months. I had no time for myself or to work out. Even had to quit school again. I was beyond stressed out and fairly depressed. Actually quite surprised I didn't have a nervous/physical breakdown. Also switched to a new bc pill for my endo, not sure if that had something to do with it either.

I feel what I was eating was not bad, but my portions and times of eating were certainly part of the equation. On the other hand, it was my fault for staying. Sense of duty really got in the way of taking care of myself. I know and understand that now.
