I am the mom of a beautiful 11 mo old daughter. I have always struggled with my weight and am more frustrated now than ever. I feel like I look 5 months pregnant. I want to be healthy for my daughter. I want to lose weight for myself. My husband, bless his heart, doesn't care what I look like as long as I am happy. I want to be happy with myself! I have tried weight watchers for 6 months only to lose/gain the same 10 lbs. I'm looking for something new and refreshing to do and also look for support!

Getting back on the wagon? (Post Vacation/ Honeymoon)
golightly - I will be married 4 years in October but I remember before my wedding I was super motivated to lose weight and did. I lost about 25-30 lbs. It quickly came back on because I was finally relaxed, no stress of planning a wedding and trying to fit into a dress. My best advice is to track your food and exercise when you can. But for sure, track EVERYTHING! I do the same as you, eat before I think, but I have promised myself that I will track it no matter. So even if I know I'm going over my calories I track it so I can see the number. Amazingly that has helped me. Right now I'm trying to lose weight from having a baby, which was a year ago.

Good luck with getting back on track and congratulations on your marriage!
