So, I did a weigh in this morning, and I'm down another lb. I'm wicked excieted about that, but I had to run to a class and couldn't record anything. I'm so happy that, even if it is one at a time, I don't care. I'm going in the right direction, especially after the ham and things this past Easter Sunday. And of course, all the negativity from my mother.

She knows I'm dieting, she knows I'm doing portion control, and she knows I aim to lose some weight... She knows I succeeded to stay on track, regardless of the delightful food at my sister's Bridal Shower. She knows that the first 'free day' I truely want to give myself is the wedding day. And even then, I'm not going hog wild. I'm gonna stay on track.

So why, with all that, does she keep trying to find the negative in all this? why does she want me to eat more? Why does she have to find the negative in anything?? UGH

I'm doing this, I'm losing weight, I will succeed.
