Well what can I say. Put on .6kg. Not happy!! Start the Green Arrow Challange today so expecting better things for next weeks weigh in. No one to blame but myself :0

Oh my goodness... It's weigh in day tomorrow. It's been a crazy week, not sure how I'll go. Oh well we'll see in a few hours......

Bit down about my diet facts and figures. Think your doing ok to find out your eating over you're RDI's. Must be more diligent..... :((
