been sick for 2 weeks. And didn't do enough for the last 4 weeks.
So I gained a kilo but since my muscles obviously shrunk, my jeans that where slightly to big are now to tight! :( Muscles ways more than fat, I can tell. Next week after my exam I will start workout again, this week I will start not eating 300g of biscuits a day :D

I moved back to germany and needed some time to get used to it. My weight went back up to 64kg but now I am a member in the gym and look at what I eat so I am back to 61,5kg.
My goal weight has changed, since I had a overall measurement done.
Since I have 79% of muscle and organ tissue which is the average of a well trained man, (a well trained women: 66-74%) I now know that my 55kg are a not a really reachable goal unless I get rid of my muscles. My muscles aren't huge, its rather that I have hardly any fat on my legs, they look lean and have a lot of muscles and I have a strong back. So I don't look like too muscley at all :D
And I found out that I have no visceral fat (I thought I did, thats the fat between organs that is pretty dangerous and looks like the tipical beer-belly) and 21,5 percent of bodyfat.
So I decided to change my goal. I would like to have 20% bodyfat, or 19% (lets see how it looks alike) and I would like to weigh approx 58kg. I think that is a reachable goal and would make me look better.
When I lost weight 3 years ago without doing sport I weighed 60kg (for a short periode). Now I weigh 1,5kg more but the clothes I wore back then do not fit me, because they are too big. That shows quite clearly to me, that now that I do weight training and sports, I am leaner but have more heavy muscles. Espeacialy my weighst and muffin top have gone, which always were my biggest problem. :)
So overall I am quite happy with what I have achieved. I lost 6 kg by now and look as if I lost 10. (Though a lot of my friends haven't noticed, although I was abroad for a year) Perhaps that is because it is winter here, lets see whether they notice once we go swimming together. Because of cause, after all I went through in order to loose weight, I also want people to actually say: Sarah, you look great!
