Well Easter I went a little well a lot overboard and it took two days to get back on track. AHHH not sure it was worth it. I ran 5 miles last night, felt amazing!!!! Except I get sooo bored when I run for that long but I found out I can play pandora radio on my phone which helped because I have been too lazy to update my ipod. I am still motivated but now I am leaving for a mini-vaca tomorrow and I know there will be lots of drinking so I plan on running A LOT, even if I am hung over;-)
Hopefully soon I can brake the 150's and be right on track for my goal and training for the Boulder Bolder 10K!!!!

Well I am a little worried I am losing too fast, but then again I am eating healthy 1200-1500 calories a day and working out. I am working out really hard though. I have lost 9 pounds since last week, is this bad? I am thinking it is the weight I put on from the hormones of donating my eggs so it came off quickly. I really don't know what else to do though I guess take in more calories when I work out, but my goal is to lose weight though. Help if anyone has an input on this I would greatly appreciate it.
