Overwhelmed!!!
Another thing I thought of is to be happy in the little victories. Losing weight steady and slow is the way to keep it off and maintain your weight better when you get down to the weight you want to be. Losing 2-4 kg a month may seem discouraging but that is a great victory.

Hello and Help Please
I agree. Gaining 30 lbs in a month when you have actually been doing things to make yourself healthier is alarming to me. The water retention alarms me as well. If your doctor says there is nothing wrong, then go to a different doc because these symptoms tell me something is wrong. You do not have a diet problem. You have a medical problem. I pray you find answers.

Overwhelmed!!!
I agree with all of them. I started losing weight by making little goals such as only drinking water and milk. It's amazing how many calories are in out drinks. We also only go out to eat once a month. But it's little goals/resolutions like that that help take off the kgs. I'm pregnant right now and have gained a good amount. I'm interested to see how easy or hard it will be to take it off again.
