Day 17:
Happy Birthday to me! I'm 54 years old today, and I better start working harder on making the next year better! I had a doctor's appointment today and was informed that, over-all, I'm in pretty good health. However, if I fully intend to be around for another 54 years, I'd better step my efforts here! Talley-ho!

Day Ten:
I read an article about intermittent fasting on the website "askmen.com" and I found it very intriguing. Weight loss has so many complex biological elements to it that it's impossible to just watch what we eat and exercise. When we eat, how often, what types of food - and so many more variables including, our own cultural and genetic profiles - contribute to our successes and failures trying to manage not just our weight, but our overall health physically, emotionally, and psychologically. Sorry about the run-on sentence - you get the idea, though. Right? Anyway, I'm looking at numerous ways to proceed on what will, no doubt, be an epic journey to immortality! Talley-ho!

Day Seven:
Here we go ... added a couple pounds just in time to begin the 10 Kilos in 12 Weeks Challenge! Damn - I really need to buckle down. One thing I'm going to do that I know will work is consistently eat the same foods throughout the challenge and maybe beyond. Execution / repetition ... just like football. Many years ago ...
Anyway, here's to the success we're all going to find at the end of twelve weeks. Talley-ho!
