Husband woke me up getting ready for work so I helped shovel and wipe his car off. We don't usually get a lot of snow so I actually enjoy shoveling. Plus I never grown up around snow so I never had it as a chore for me to hate. Stomach was growling when I woke up but not hungry. Going to make some tea. Upset stomach saga continues.

Not sure if my body is just adapting to having less calories or if something else is going on but things that used to taste good don't anymore. My sense of smell is just fine just appetite has changed. Normally I'm thinking about food all the time but the past three days I've been fatigued and just feel bleh. Stomach doesn't feel normal, not enough to warrant a trip to the doctors but just weird. After I eat it feels like I put a rock in my stomach. I need to be better about my water intake, weekends are particularly bad for me on that front.

I'm pretty sure my scale is not very accurate, I never see odd numbers past the decimal. But at least I'm trending down :)
Work's got me stressed and am thankful I'm not stress eating. I did binge on the weekend but ate less on Monday so I think the calories evened out.
Have a snacking problem though, I keep sneaking a bite here and a bite there and it really adds up. It makes it hard to log too.

Work stress has caused me to wake up earlier than normal today. Not to mention I had after hours work that I was supposed to do last night but was too tired to do.
I ended up making roti with the Saag Paneer for DH last night and ended up going down the carb landslide. At least it was whole wheat, so I got some fiber in.
Eating carbs late at night has caused my stomach to growl this morning. Not good for my 2MAD plan. Hoping that tea will calm the stomach down.
