Yeah, he thinks that, Ed, even though calories and metabolism have nothing to do with one another.

Everything you eat is metabolized Phil. I am talking about a process not the thing.

I am hoping he can answer my question. It will explain a lot of things.

Doctors don't know the answer. If they did, don't you think heart disease and obesity would be a thing of the past?. The government food triangle has fattened us all up. America has gotten heavier over the last 40 years.

For every doctor that you post that says "A" and I can find one that says "A" is not right. All this tells me is that no one really knows what's best yet and you need to pick something that works and stick with it for the rest of your life.

You can keep on posting links. I already have a set of doctors that told me to do something. I did it, and 100lbs disappeared. They did it by educating me about my metabolism and this is the reason that the weight will never go back on again.

Once a week. Generally at the same time of the day.

No you see, the junk eater is eating the same amount of calories which means he/she would be the exact same weight as the person eating foods with more micronutrients. The body sees fat, protein and carbohydrates, it does not care if they come from a cheeseburger or lean chicken, a sweet potatoe and almonds.

So, let me get this straight. You think the calories from a bowl of lettuce equaling the calories from a candy bar are metabolized exactly the same way in the body?
