Workout DVD's that don't make you feel like an utter moron? Anybody?
I feel exactly the same way that you do. I have no coordination at all. But then I found the Leslie Sansone videos. They are extremely easy but they do give you a work out. It's basically walking with some extra moves and a fast pace. I love them because you definitely don't need a lot of space or time. You can finish three miles within 45 minutes. Great for winter!Very Happy

Just a Question
I have been off of my diet pretty much all summer, but now I have found motivation again and I want to go back to counting points. Then i realized that I have misplaced my books! Sad Does anyone know if I can just buy more books instead of joining weight watchers? Any advice will help. Thanks Cool

Food Diary & WW points.
I am also having that problem. It's telling me that my Weight Watcher's yogurt is 3 points when the label is telling me it's only one point. I don't know what to do because I lost my actual Weight Watcher's book a while ago and I thought this could tell me how many points I am eating, but obviously it's wrong. Confused Hopefully there is a way to fix it. Exclamation

Weekend weight gain
Maybe work in some extra exercise on the weekend to cross out the "bad food." And try to make only one or two meals a splurge instead of the whole weekend. But don't feel bad cause I do the exact same thing. Hope this helped. Wink

Newbie
Hello All! My name is Erin and I joined about a week ago. I have been heavy all my life and now that I am about to turn 21 I want to change myself. I am hoping that having other people to talk to will help keep me motivated. I definitely need help because obviously I can't do it on my own. I am also looking for buddies that I can lean on and for them to lean on me. Hope to hear from somebody. Very Happy
