I have to start over and thought this is the only way to do it gained everything I lost 2 years ago got down 174. falling and 3 surgeries did not help me. down so much. so today new start today. hope I can get the loss back

well,I had this all written but I guess I am out of practice to use this. I am back to 194. as of last year at this time I was 174 and I have gained it all back. after my trip to Alaska with my family I had fallen in March. we still had snow and I fell on I've and messed my bad leg again. was down 12 weeks the first time then another 6 weeks. I am at a bad point now. trying to figure out what I did to loose the weight. but not succeeding. I am my daughters now and I have been here for 15 days. I have walked and exercised everyday I have been here. have not lost any weight or inches. I try to remember what I did. anyway I will be here for a few weeks still want to walk and exercise but yet I want to give up. I hope I do not loose this one. but do not remember how to save. if I do not get it I will lose it again. here goes.

It has been a struggle to get below 183 but I have done it. I am really trying to get the next 5 lbs off I feel if I just set the goal for small weight loss I succeed faster and do not get depressed for not getting anywhere. It is so much easier to do it this way. My trip to Alaska on a cruise is really a great motive for my weight loss. Going with Dawne and her family it is my dream trip. So may we go and it will be on my birthday wow what a nice birthday for me. Going on the trip and loosing this weight.
