I'm a happily married SAHW and a fulltime student. I have the energy to devote to the gym ala Biggest Loser style but not the time. My weight has been a struggle my entire life.

The largest I have weighed is 352lbs. I'm now hovering above 200 and I cannot seem to break it!! That is my goal though. I will be below 200 by January 1st!

Has anyone heard of The Fat Burning Diet?
I've done the fat-burning diet. The problem I had was it is very time consuming and expensive. I did lose a lot of weight on it though. Unfortunately, I gained twice as much back once I stopped doing and tried to eat "normal". If it works for you and you can keep it up, great! It's not something for everyone.

It was part of the phone app. I haven't seen it in some time. I agree, it is awesome to have! It makes everything easier when you're out at the grocery stores.

Sick of String Cheese!?!?!?!
My go-to protein snack is hard-boiled eggs. Sans yolk. I pair it with fruit like an apple or banana. It generally gets eaten after my workout.

I'm going to have to try the protein powder with Greek yogurt thing.

The ruling on how much protein a body can handle must still be out. I've had 2 doctors say that you can't pee out protein but rather too much or not enough can affect your bowel movements. I've also been told that I need to eat approximately 55 grams of protein per main meal. That just seems like a lot! Every body is different though.
