Hm, new diet making me more hungry than old one... Boo.

Fertility Diet
1) Eat whole grains.
2) Less animal protein, more veggie protein.
3) Lots of fruit and veggies.
4) Moderate caffeine and alcohol.
5) NO TRANSFATS.
6) 1-2 daily servings of whole fat dairy.
7) Increase Folic Acid.
8) Increase Iron.
9) No soda, no juice.
10) Daily exercise.
