I have been trying to eat right but somehow I am not succeeding, I know that the weight gain I had today was more than likely from the sodium intake. I was doing so well last night then when my husband came home from work(swing shift) he always asks if there is something to munch on. Last night I was eating some Sunflower seeds and then he came down with 2 bowls of ice cream. I have been really good about recording every little thing I eat and sometimes it is at 2 in the morning but it is there to remind me. I know I need to cut out the sodium and sugar/carbohydrate out of my diet but at this time I can only do what I can do...baby steps! With my Vertigo problem I have to depend on my family to bring me some food and they will get the portion size too big and food that I should not eat like pizza or Chinese. I feel at this time to concentrate on this journal and in-putting my foods. So today I am feeling fat because of the water retention but I am watching the calories.

So far it has been a good day. I am trying to focus on the positive things in my life and to sit down at the table to eat. I did that for lunch and breakfast. I have stayed at my current weight but I think I have gained some back because my skin does not seem as light as it did when I lost the most weight in October but then again my cloths have stayed the same so I think I am getting use to the way I feel.

I have lost 25 lbs since October and have maintained it...Yahoo anyway I am trying to lose more weight in order to help my heart have less strain. I have noticed that since Oct I have not played on the computer games until yesterday and I noticed that while playing I ate a cookie that I did not even enjoy it.
