thirdy day of walking 4 miles... not so bad, I can tell I have not exercised in a bit I am tired by the end of the third mile. But my girls and I are enjoying it, we play games on the walk so it goes by quicker and we find we walk faster that way. It will get better I know, I have done it before. Though today my knee has some kind of a kink in it so hopefully it will not get worse.

I am plugging along, I am again finding it easy to eat right.. thank you God! Walking 5 miles a day... 4 at one time then another mile in the evening... and choosing healthy. But not beating myself up if I go somewhere and there are no choices I would normally make,,, but eating less. wow the steak was good last night but I stuck with one serving and didn't go for more that I soooo wanted to.

I am on my own, and I know I can do this, I have fallen and now it is time to get back up. I can wish all I want for support and encouragment, but I have to go on the assumption I am not getting it and I just have to move forward. I got off the road and now am feeling the consequences for my actions, can I do it again?? don't know, but each morning I have gotten up and tried... I have to just try harder. I want to see my graph go down again, I want to see the color change from red and finally find the green.
Don't know if I can do it, but take it one step at a time.
