Feeling SO good! Most of my aches and pains are essentially gone. Felt normal yesterday for the first time in years. Down 22.5 lbs since 4/19/17 as a bonus.
Sugar cravings gone ... No sugar except what naturally occurs in my food ... no bread/baked goods of any kind ... no dairy ... no eggs ... no rice or white potatoes ... didn't think I could do it, but I knew without drastic changes I would die by the time I was 60 and it scared me. I guess I was finally ready to stop denying what I was and how i was living.
Testing showed dairy, egg whites, wheat and gluten, and cashews no bueno for me.
Fresh, organic, all homemade foods, more veggies, nuts and seeds, legumes, moderation in fruits, correction of my morning and noon cortisol leves, vitamin D and vit b deficiencies have made me feel like a new woman in 6 weeks.
Looking forward to yoga and pilates classes soon :)
