Well I am over double of what I should have had, I really need to watch my fat intake it is more than my protein and carbohydrates intake although, my carbohydrate intake is lower than what I thought it would be. :)
Still lets work on fat intake too.
So I ate a total of 3422 calories I worked off 2106 of those leaving me under my goal of 1316!
I think that this is good.

Nursing Mommy here, so I think 1500 calories is good. I have to watch my carbs and sugar intake though. Too much is causing Brain Fog for me. As for exercising, I need to more than what I am, I work in the house a lot, so I'm going to start my salsa work out DVD.
Also going to start plexusslim soon which I tried a week a while ago and I felt better because it brought my sugar and hormones into alignment.
