trust me,you are going to like it!
I know people who don't drink milk or other kind of cheese,but everyone eats feta.
Feta can be kind of salty or non-salty.Salty tastes better & if it's the same "recipe",like here,you will like it!
it tastes good with oreganum and olive oil & you can add it to a salad for a healthier meal!...welcome to Medditeranean diet!

How do I get proteins on a "vegeterian" diet???
so grains,beans ,legumes nuts,cheese yogurts.that I can do!
...the thing is I decided to lose weight but "vegeterian diet" came up anyway,for religious reasons!(for almost 40 days)

How do I get proteins on a "vegeterian" diet???
I am on a "vegeterian diet"(sort of)
which means no meat & fish!
so,how on earth am I going to eat proteins? I fear the fact that i might become "full fat"
