Gosh gym class was hectic yesterday, I have now discovered that I am unfit and cannot lift my body.
Working on my core and now adding another goal, i.e. lift my own body.
Goal 1: Lose wieght
Goal 2: Lift my body .. basically increased fitness level

Started gym today, it was not easy but i made it through aerobics class.
Need to be consistent

I did not have enough time to eat on Tuesday, I had a hectic day, meetings after meetings.
But I am very happy I did not overeat at night.
